As Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Bay of Plenty services through this environment, balancing quality, sustainability, innovation and growth while ensuring disabled people remain at the centre of everything we do.

Job Description
Key responsibilities
Ensure our partners, their family/whanau, funders, and significant others in the disabled persons' life, feel well collaborated with and are satisfied that their partnership with the ConneXu team is meeting their needs.
Ensure that the enabling good lives principles are at the forefront of all decision making as it relates to our partnership with disabled people.
Ensuring our services and partnerships are codesigned with the people we partner with and their whanau/families, while maintaining compliance with the disability support sector standards, the United Nations convention on the rights of disabled people and ConneXu policies
Ensure team members are supported, trained, coached and empowered to provide the highest level of support for our partners and align their efforts with the organisations purpose and values.
Be a key contributor to the organisation’s overall leadership and strategic direction
Lead by example in embedding a proactive, values-driven safety culture across services. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and other relevant regulations.
Work collaboratively and constructively with internal and external stakeholders, and professional bodies
About You | Ko koe tēnei
You’re an experienced professional who brings both strategic insight and practical delivery. You should be confident working at a senior level with strong people management experience, leading a team of people to achieve the best outcomes.
We are seeking a candidate with a bachelors-level tertiary qualification or proven experience in a relevant area, such as business management, health, disability, psychology or social work.
Just as importantly, you bring a grounded, relational style. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and work collaboratively across a diverse organisation. You’re known for your sound judgement, coaching approach, and ability to bring consistency, accountability and confidence to the Tauranga team.
We provide 24/7 services all year round, and the ability to participate in the emergency on-call roster is essential to the delivery of our services. Travel between regions would also be required periodically.
