We are seeking a Rostering Coordinator, with flexibility for the role to be located in either our Te Awamutu or Tauranga office based on the successful candidate.
This role plays an important part in supporting both our frontline teams and leaders by ensuring rosters are well-planned, balanced, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.

This role is central to ensuring our services run seamlessly. You will work closely with teams across the region to help create sustainable rosters, manage changes with care, and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, understanding the day-to-day challenges of our services, and working collaboratively to find practical staffing solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and updating rosters across multiple services
Managing planned and unplanned leave, including proactive coverage
Liaising with team leaders to ensure staffing needs are met
Communicating with staff and leaders to resolve rostering issues
Ensuring alignment with employment agreements, organisational policies and fatigue management principles
