The Partnerships and Enablement Team at ConneXu are the heart and soul of our values-based organisation. The Outcomes Lead is a role within the Partnerships and Enablement team that has been created to enhance the lives of the people we partner with. This role sits at a leadership level within ConneXu and has been designed to focus directly on the successful fulfilment of the dreams and aspirations of our disabled partners. The Outcomes Lead works alongside our disabled partners to support them to break down barriers and makes steps towards achieving and living their best lives. This is a role for someone who has a strong drive to see others achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate partner empowerment and goal achievement through person-centred, strengths-based approaches.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners, whānau, and community stakeholders to influence positive change.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are met and embedded in daily practice.
• Provide high-quality reporting on outcomes, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Advocate for service excellence, equity, and partner safety.
• Collaborate across the organisation to share learnings, drive innovation, and foster a culture of trust.

The desired candidate for this role will bring passion, heart, pride and mana to their work alongside our disabled partners. This is a role for those who have a good sense of humour, big smiles and even bigger hearts. The ideal candidate will be innovative in collaborating with our disabled partners and provide guidance towards achieving their goals. The ability to build genuine relationships, inspire meaningful outcomes and walk side by side with our disabled partners will be key to your success in this role. We welcome all applicants, sector experience desired but not essential, moreover, those who truly embody the spirit of collaboration and mentorship alongside the people we partner with.
