Do you thrive on detail, enjoy building relationships with suppliers and contractors, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Property & Fleet Administrator!
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be coordinating property and vehicle needs across our organisation—meeting with landlords, suppliers and contractors on site, helping with minor maintenance tasks in the home, and delivering vehicles when needed.
It’s a great fit for someone with a quick-response mindset, a respectful, team-oriented attitude, and a genuine desire to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and landlords
Meeting contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure work is completed to standard
Assisting with light maintenance tasks in homes when required
Managing vehicle servicing, repairs, deliveries, and registrations
Preparing reports and maintaining up-to-date, audit-ready records
Supporting procurement and supplier relationships
Keeping systems and documentation well organised
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
A calm and respectful communicator who enjoys solving problems on the go
Strong written skills, especially in preparing clear and concise reports
Previous experience in facilities, property, or fleet administration is a plus
Tech-savvy with a good grasp of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint as well as record-keeping systems
A Full New Zealand license is essential
